The Zero Exposure Project (ZEP) is a community campaign to raise awareness about the dangers of substance use during pregnancy and provide pregnant women with information and treatment referrals to help them have a healthy, substance-free baby.  ZEP has more than 75 community partners and is an initiative of the Healthy Start Coalition of Hillsborough County funded by the Children’s Board of Hillsborough County.  ZEP’s vision is that Hillsborough County will be a community where every child is born substance free and lives in a family that promotes healthy growth and development.

I hope that you will consider joining us to give our community's babies a healthy start at life.
