The vision of the Zero Exposure Project is that Hillsborough County will be a community where every child is born substance free and lives in a family that promotes healthy growth and development.

The Zero Exposure Project partners are committed to raising awareness about the dangers of substance use during pregnancy and providing pregnant women with information and referrals to help them have healthy babies.
